By 8am, following morning

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted prior to 2 weeks of booked rental for a full refund.
Cancellation requests within 2 weeks will be refunded half of the amount paid. 

Please email ashley@ohhsonice.com for cancellations after the 2 week mark. 

You are responsible for any items not returned or damaged.
